Horrible place, ceiling started falling apart and leaking on us while we were sleeping. Manager didn't even care or accommodate us in any way. Absolutely ridiculous!
One night stay on way to Algonquin Park. Nothing fancy, but satisfied all our requirements. Clean/tidy room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast voucher provided for restaurant across the street. Breakfast was good.
Wifi was not working.Free Breakfast was not properly arranged as were asked to do in a restaurant across the road but coffee was not free.
This place was disgusting! I would give them no star if I could. First they had issues with the room keys, so if you left your room only the person at the front desk could open it. Second, they were clearly ripped off because the "updates" they went through were complete garbage. Lastly they didnt even clean the rooms properly, they smelled and no one cleaned them. There was even chewed gum with hair on it and it was on top of the coffee pot. If you don't believe me just look at these photos.
Not a good idea to stay in this place,no phone in the room,tv not working,no hair dryer,not that it mattered as we would not use the shower. one star only because needed for posting
