I usually don't leave any reviews, but I had to for Echo Woods B&B. First class accommodations, excellent service, amazing breakfast... list goes on. My parents loved their stay here. The staff did everything possible to make their stay comfortable. Great experience.
We had high expectations because of all of the other reviews, but this beautiful B&B exceeded those and more! Darlene and Bob are a lovely, warm, and hospitable couple who go above and beyond for their guests. We felt so comfortable (and impressed) from the minute we walked in. The Forget Me Not room is spectacular. This is one of the cleanest, well-equipped, and comfortable rooms we have had the pleasure to stay in. The clawfoot bathtub is beautiful, and every detail from the lighting to the accessories has been clearly thought out and perfectly executed. The room is equipped with a Smart TV (netflix) and cable. For a weekend for rest and relaxation, we could not have made a better choice. The main areas of the home are equally beautiful and inviting. Darlene and Bob have really thought about everything. We enjoyed both nights sitting by the fireplace, drinking wine, and admiring the surroundings (both inside and out). Darlene is an amazing chef who customized our breakfast to our dietary preferences. Be prepared for a full, gourmet breakfast. The dining experience really was a highlight and a great way to start off the day. It was also great to chat with Darlene and Bob around the dining table. The only thing we were left confused about is how this B&B could possibly be classified as a 3-star! It is a 5-star property with 5-star hosts. Thank you for the wonderful and relaxing stay. What a fantastic B&B! Darlene and Bob were excellent hosts. Their B&B is very tastefully decorated with attention to the small details. And, the breakfast! Simply AMAZING!
Recently renovated house, tastefully done, it feels luxurious yet cozy. The owners are welcoming and friendly, you can tell it's a passion project. Breakfasts are delicious, 2 or 3 course affairs, makes you feel full to the brim, but they give you energy for the whole day. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely go back!
Fantastic place to stay! Everything you would expect and more. Accommodations were impeccable. Attention to every detail, including guests dietary restrictions and preferences. Their passion for food comes out in the Breakfast. The food is exceptional and pretty much an event in itself. My wife and I will be back for sure!
