My first experience at Bassett Furniture with Jana was terrific! She did a great job explaining the process of picking out everything from furniture to fabric, colors, style, etc! It couldve been overwhelming but she made it easy and pleasant to work with. She has a stylish designer eye and was a great listener about my specific needs with dogs and still trying to keep the living area looking nice. I cant wait to have her do a home visit so we can pick out a rug!!! Thank You!
Excellent service. I needed to furnish a whole house. Jana Dardin, the designer with the Bassett store was amazing. She took the time to get to know me and my tastes then put together a design plan that I love. I am very happy with the finished product. If you are in need of design inspiration, do not hesitate to call on Jana for assistance. The personal service is the best. The crew that delivers the furniture is also top notch. An all around outstanding experience.
My furniture arrived at the Bassett store one week after I ordered it. I scheduled delivery for two days later. Three persons delivered the furniture and they all were very courteous and professional. They set the furniture up and ensured it was spaced properly and worked properly. I bought a powered sofa, love seat, and recliner. I am very happy with the purchase and delivery. Jana, my salesperson, also did a fantastic job of explaining the many features of Bassett furniture, and was very helpful in explaining how to determine the proper size furniture for the space it will be used in. She was also very helpful and patient in working with me to choose the style and color of furniture that best suited my preferences.
They were phenomenal, Lynne and Leanne were the best. They took us out of our comfort zone and picked colors and pieces that we would have never thought of. We quickly developed confidence in them and they helped us design our kitchen area, living room and dining room. My husband and i had a fantastic shopping experience.These ladies were very confident in what they chose for us and once we let them know what we liked, they were able to choose items that fit perfectly in our home. These 2 ladies are what makes this Bassett store great, keep up the great work.
My husband and I purchased a sofa and chair Saturday from your Huntsville, Al. location. Lynne Tomlin was our Design Consultant and LeAnn Heastie was the Store Manager. We had the pleasure to work with both ladies and was extremely pleased. They were so kind and patient!! We will purchase in the future from Bassett if they are a part of the team.
