Very nice store and helpful, curteous staff. Large selection. They had about 50 recliners but my wife couldn't find the right color and fabric. We ordered two and they were ready in less than a month. We'll be back.
Called about a specific style by name. Was told they did not have it, but was told over the phone they had lots of leather reclining sofas in stock and I should come look. Drove an hour. They had about 3 or 4. I may have been tempted to order the one I wanted, but not from someone who misled me and was rude and abrupt when showing me the pitiful selection. The apology received when I quoted him as saying there were lots of leather reveling sofas was flat and empty. Sorely disappointed.
Best place to get furniture in town. It is local and the staff are amazing.
I purchased a leather recliner to go with my sofa in my den. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I sent them pictures of my sofa, and the match is perfect. The chair is very comfortable, and we are enjoying it a lot. I highly recommend Lily Flagg Furniture for all of your furniture needs. The store carries many brands of furniture for every room in your house. I am looking forward to shopping with this company again.
