During our family vacation at Deerhurst we decided to try different local restaurants every day. This was by far the best! Great food, staff, ambience. Even the chairs were super comfy. No kids menu, but I didn't expect to have one here. Our kids had mussels and caesar salad:)
We were there for dinner last Sunday for my son birthday. We all enjoyed ourselves and the food was very good. But very limited menus. Only 5 entree and 6 app and 3 desserts. The building is very coint and has a lot of charm. Service was good.
Visited twice while cottaging in the area, once for lunch and once for supper. The restaurant is a gorgeous building with good atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and the portion size is generous. We enjoyed our experience.
Good ambience, great food. Had a guitarist in the evening. A bit more on the pricey end but that's what we expected. (This isn't a burger place) I had lamb in the evening I had gone and something that was like a fancy croque Madame on the lunch menu the other time I was there. Would go again if I'm ever in that area.
We have been to the Norseman three times now. Its beginning to be our family spot. The staff are so lovely. I always say its like visiting an old friend. They may have the wine you want but they may not. If they dont. They will recommend another great choice. The food is very good. The staff even better. You feel comfortable and happy at this place. I strongly recommend it.
