Very fine place to eat reasonable prices.Food always good and good portions .Love the fresh bread and drinks,water etc. as soon as you enter.

East Side Mario's used to be an all time favorite restaurant of ours. However, we seldom visit it now. The all you can eat bread and salad is a huge perk, don't get me wrong, but the last time we went our Caesar salad was SO dry. We had to ask for more Caesar dressing, a lot more. On a sidenote, the bread is still as warm and yummy as ever! The service was friendly, but I feel that for all you can eat bread and salad, you shouldn't have to be asking for it, it should be offered. I slightly felt like a nuisance for flagging down our waitress and having to ask for what was promised with the order of our meals. The pasta is amazing at East Sides, some of the very best. If you're not having pasta though, the menu is very small. The helpings are large, and always brought out hot. The exterior and interior is one of my favorite things about the business as it gives you such a comfortable, Italian style dining experience. I would return again, but only for the pasta.NO HANDICAP BATHROOM STALLS!!

Waited for 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us. The service was friendly but slow. The food was awesome.

Service was excellent! Food was good. Salad was mediocre (I seem to remember it being much better in the past) I'm a little turned off by the plastic drinking cups and the melamine side plates and salad bowls. They don't seem as clean, even if they are.
