Called on a Monday, they let us know when they were on the way. "Lee" was very polite and professional and had the drain snaked in no time. This is the second time we have used Mr. Rooter and were very pleased both times.
Use Mr. Rooter with confidence. I've called them twice for different issues. Both times they responded within a few hours and sent very knowledgeable people who solved my problem on the spot. Chris handled my latest call and he was extremely professional. He made sure to explain things and helped me to understand how I might be inadvertently contributing to the problem so I could avoid the same thing in the future. They came and cleaned my septic tank last year. He only did one side and didnt clean the out going pipe. I have to have another company come clean it out today. The lady who answered the phones was ride and then told me they do not guarantee any work cleaning out the septic. So thanks for not doing the job completely now I have to pay another company to do the job right. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
They earned my buisness they do great service my tech was friendly and understood my bad experience with another company he got the job done in 20 min and the other company didnt get it dont !!! Fantastic same day service. My septic tank was seeping into my yard and a technician was sent out within a few hours.
