Extremely courteous and professional staff who obviously enjoy working for Hiller. They keep the work area clean and explain procedures well. Hiller is known for their honesty and the repairs they recommended for my unit were right on since I had a strong suspicion as to what needed replacement and repair. Their rates are fair and competitive. I would highly recommend this company for any of the services they provide.
The technician came out for an emergency after 10 pm, was knowledgeable, courteous, and fast! It took more time to pay (which was also remarkably easy) than it took for him to diagnose the problem and complete the repair. It was by far the best experience I've had when it had come to repairs of any sort. If there was a way to rate it higher than 5 stars I would.
I had two interactions with service technicians and scheduling personnel. I was very pleased, excellent response and communication.However, get rid of the messaging call center - twice I called, and never had gotten through. That includes a direct callback from a voicemail left.I replied via email mail, and Beth quickly handled the request.Very pleased overall.
Top notch customer service from beginning to end! They provided full visibility of the appointment through various means of communication. I enjoy the fact that I can learn from the tech as they diagnose and solve my heat pump issue.
We had Terry as our technician. He was very polite, professional, fast and effective! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to where we understood. Was able to solve our problem after another company waited two hours before calling us to let us know they would not be able to make it until morning. Would definitely use hiller again and would request Terry. We very much enjoyed having him as our technician. Ashley in the office was very polite and was patient when we were trying to explain what our unit was doing ,or should I say, not doing. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for any ac work. Will definitely be giving them a call first if we ever have another issue. This is the Huntsville location that we used.
