We were having trouble with water pressure and Peter was very helpful over the phone in diagnosing the problem and walking us through the process to fix it on our own. His advice was accurate and solved our problem in a matter of minutes. Other plumbers we called did not even return phone calls, but Peter was prompt, friendly, and most importantly, helpful. Highly recommend this service.

Called them tonight needing a new pump and pressure tank installed. Asked if they come to Sprucedale and all he did was laugh and say not unless we are there for another reason. Very rude.
