I've known Dan for many years and have sold two properties with him. He's great! The listing and paperwork happen seamlessly and his property description are very well done with excellent photographs. Both sold within a reasonable time with good negotiation strategy and for numbers that worked for us. I have not only worked with Dan on 4 of my own real estate deals, but I have recommended him to several of my clients. Each time, he has delivered beyond expectations.
