Terrible.Essentially they forgot to erect a for lease sign and wrote a terrible write up. Finding quality tenants in a country town can be almost impossible, especially mid summer when most businesses are in full swing. Yet I was in contact with the proprietors in early May, who assured me they would take care of everything while I was overseas... 1st sign of trouble was an obvious Typo in their write up...2nd sign was the wording of their add.. "small office space" -Does not sound like a promising location does it? So I had to write one for them.And lastly, when I inspected the property they had forgotten to erect a 'For Lease' sign on my Commercial Building. I bought it to their attention, owner there gave me a dark face like it was all my fault??Do not use this company. Inexperienced.
