My husband & I were visiting for 1 night at Deerhurst and enjoyed 2 hours at the spa. Our favourite part was a 50 minute facial by the truly gifted & experienced Anna. Honestly if I could find someone with this kind of talent back home, I would make this facial a weekly experience. All the ladies there were wonderful ( Chelsea for a fantastic massage & Robin a wonderful manicure) but Anna was truly an exceptional treat! Professional staff, exceptional service and a beautiful facility made our stay just perfect! Thank you.

The Spa itself shows its age - Rough around the edges. The day I visited I couldnt enter the ladies steam room as there was an overwhelming smell of must and Valeries response at the desk was simply that the eucalyptus hadnt been put in yet, and offered no apologies for the deduction from our experience. The bed my massage was on was incredibly loud and rickety in the couples treatment room. Dont book the couples escape as the stale Ferrero Rochet chocolates and cheap wine does nothing to enhance your retreat. The RMT I had - Bonnie - was a dream, the only saving grace, and the only one to offer an apology for the shortcomings of the spa. Either the spa should seek improvements or reduce their cost to reflect the value.
