The woman with black glasses (keep forgetting her name) is so rude. Ive been here twice and I thought the first time she was just having a bad time. The next time she was still rude. She seems to hate her job or me Im not sure. She did not smile once. I work in retail and know about customer service. She is just plain awful. Having RBF while working is just unprofessional. And they only accept cash or check. What is is this 1999? I will be making the drive to a real post office so I dont run into her again. I just cant get over how terrible she treated me
This is a post office inside of the Rite Aid. You have to go inside the store and all the way to the back of the store to get to it. I just had to drop off a package so it wasn't a big deal for me.
Front counter representatives Ray, Joanne and Felix are great. Customers should have packages ready for mailing before they go to the counter. It make the mailing process faster for everyone.
Convenient location, but make hard to find. The counter is located at the opposite corner of the store from the main front entrance. Not a full service location, as others have mentioned, but has basic envelopes and stamps.
I had a Priority 2 day package out for delivery according to the tracking system. My Postal carrier showed to my door, but without my package. It just so happened I had another one coming that required signature. I asked about second parcel and he said he had not seen it, but to call the facility and go from there. Well an hour went by as I did some stuff and then got in contact with the facility. Sam answered the phone and was polite and friendly. He said, get this, that the driver had already called him about the issue and they have already launched and active search to find what truck it is on and try to get it to m today! How awesome. Outstanding above and beyond customer service, SO RARE these days. Thanks USPS Whitesburg.
