The ProActive team is very friendly, professional, efficient and most importantly, very knowledgeable. I've been there for various sports injuries and rehabilitation from surgery, and each time the experience has been great - from the initial assessment, the discussion about what treatment plan we should follow to the actual treatment itself. Each time, the estimated time for recovery, and associated appointments is very accurate and I've never had to stay longer than predicted. Only interested in your money. Why cure someone if it means the cash stops coming in? Your arm will get lots of exercise swiping your debit card! If you want care and compassion, go elsewhere.
I have had 2 knee replacements & my husband, Bob Burrowes, has had 2 knees & a hip replacement. Bob is presently going to Leslie at Proactive for a shoulder injury. We have confidence in Leslie & her staff for healing our aging health problems. The water therapy is a true healing technigue. After sustaining a severe leg injury this past winter that required surgery to repair. I went to proactive rehab to help me get moving as I was recovering. Leslie and her team worked with me to get my mobility back . I am now well on my way to a full recovery and would not be with out the support of proactive rehab.
