It's ok, their "premium " toys are creepy, and looks like something out of a horror move. Not a vary good selection of dog or cat food. When you sign up for their rewards card their is no way to check the points , and you dont actually earn them because the number is never registered *via customer service when you call to find out to check threw the app*.It's a good place to pick up something to hold your pet over till you can get to bigger pet store. They are also way over priced. The store is clean , and the girls in the store are all really nice. They are the only reason I actually buy here, when I need to do quit pick up for food for my animals and bedding.Also yet to see a single farret taken care of properly, and usually are sick or losing its fur do to lack of socialization.
Depending on the day of the week, their fish selection is slim, but they randomly get babies and some rare fish in stock. They also have decent sales on their schooling fish. They have a wide selection of dog and cat food, as well as several sections with treats. I enjoy shopping here.

Love the staff! They are super helpful. I purchase all of my pet supplies from this store. They have some good perks too. I received a $10 coupon from them for spending $300 there over a period of time. Monthly specials too. Also purchase 12 bags of one brand of dogfood and the 13th is free. With the online app I can view my purchase history.
No complaints about the employees or the products. My review is strictly based on the grooming services. You would think they would get to know your pet and appreciate customers that have used their services for over a year. They dont. Time for a new groomer.
