Bought two helmuts from them ,tried them out on first sled ride ,facesheild was crapped and fogged up,went back to return they said once you have tied it we cannot do a refund ,sold them both on kijji,had a buddy that had a cf moto bike that leaked antifreeze all over ,,owner said you drive it too hard. What’s joke
Absolute worst place to buy anything. I was treated great until they got my money, I was then treated like garbage and warranty work and items they still owed me got back burnered. They installed parts that failed the very day I picked it up and denied responsibility. I've left stranded twice in the Side by side I purchased from them so far. The vehicle doesn't own have 200kms on it.
I bought 2 ATV''s and a new Mercury 40 hp from John. He was very knowledgeable about the products and guided me on which vehicles would be best for my useage, and his prices were unbeatable...believe me, I shopped around. John was amazing to deal with and their customer service was great, I highly recommend Rosseau Road Powersports
