I am not sure how often hospital staff check these reviews as its an essential service but I just want to say that the bedside manner of the two staff members I interacted with personally was phenomenal. The nurse who placed my iv was very polite and used common terms to explain the procedure and why is was being done. Dr Simpson was so professional, warm and approachable. Thank you for making a scary experience manageable.
Was there for kidney infection and was treated very promptly and efficiently. Wonderful and kind staff from the front door to the exit. My nurse was Cindy and she was the best nurse Ive ever had! Thank you
Worst hospital in the province. The 6 hour wait was ridiculous when we were literally 1 of 2 patients when we entered the hospital. The staff was rude, arrogant if they spoke at all. After 5 hours of watching them wander around talking they finally thought oh maybe we should take blood, one young lady went to the washroom and they gave her room away...but the best was when alleviating the boredom and a little stress a small group of us having a few quiet laughs apparently upset some of the staffs rather casual work practice and we were rudely separated by a woman that may or may not have been on the Russian weight lifting team...great job I can certainly see why theyd want to close this place down. I have a one because you fail to supply stars in the negative.
My family has always received excellent care here. The wait times have always been reasonable, especially when compared to other hospitals in the province.
Dr. McClure whom I saw today to help with my 5 year old was so friendly, informative and put us all at ease. The rest of the staff were the same. Made the experience really easy overall!
